Curriculum

He is a teacher and headmaster at 'Losada' School in Vigo. Since he was young, he was keen on sports. He was the president of the Athletics Federation of Pontevedra (1980-85). From 1985 up to now, he has been the president of the Galician Handball Federation.He holds several sports decorations such as the 'golden badge', awarded by the Spanish Handball Federation. From 1979 to 1983, he was a councillor at the City Hall of Vigo, representing the political party 'Unión de Centro Democrático' (Democratic Centre Union).
