He graduated in Social Labour in 1993. He was general secretary of the General Confederation of Galician Workers from 1988 to 1993 and he has been general secretary of the (CIG) Galician Inter-trade-union Confederation since 1994.

 Work & Activities

He wrote many articles in different newspapers dealing with economical, social labour matters. He took part in the elaboration of the trade-union publications Eixo, Adiante and now in the newspaper of the CIG 'Tempo Sindical'.

 Other Interesting Aspects

He got 'Galego do Mes' Prize in April 1990 awarded by the newspaper 'El Correo Gallego'.
